⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Sea Hawk Motel, and I can confidently say it's one of the best experiences I've had! This gem of a motel features a lovely pool right in front, perfect for relaxation. The parking is ample and conveniently accessible, making it easy to come and go as you please. What impressed me most was the warm welcome from the front desk staff; the lady greeted me by my name, despite us having never met before! My room was beautifully spacious, complete with a balcony that offered a stunning view of the pool. There was also a delightful smell throughout the motel that added to the overall charm. The elegance of this motel truly stands out. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond, the Sea Hawk Motel is it—this hotel certainly deserves even more recognition!
I love this place. It has a full size fridge, stove and a small kitchen area that was perfect for myself to make breakfast and lunch for my husband and I. Very clean and great staff. The beds were very comfortable. The office staff were so kind nd the coffee was very good. We were the first guest of the 2025 season and hope to be back in September. I love the mom and pop vibe of this place and were treated like family.

I had a “family” room. 2 queens a pull out and a full kitchen with a full sized fridge (which is really so clutch). Second floor.. I liked the vintage, old school motel vibe. It has character. I’m so over the sterile feeling of modern hotels. The 2 ladies at the front desk were absolute peaches and just too cute. I was visiting with my 2 kids. (11 and 8) We would stay again for sure. We usually frequent the carousel (kids skate) but they don’t have kitchens. Great location. Housekeeping was good and refreshed our towels/tp/trash and made beds for everyday… that’s nice. Most places you have to ask. Anywho, I’d recommend.
Anyone traveling with a big family, this is the place to stay. Overall good for the money. We stay here just about every year due to good for budget, local to everything, and it’s away from the rift raft of the board walk nonsense. Office Staff is awesome and very accommodating. Cleaning staff is awesome as well. Rooms are starting to get outdated. I would recommend replacing the beds and the ac units personally. Other then that the owners and cleaning ladies know myself and my family very well. Pool is great!
Check in was easy and friendly. Parking was odd. Location was walkable or a short drive to restaurants. The beach was a short walk from the hotel, but it was very windy when we went so we didn't hang out long. I would call the room "retro", it was a throw back to the '60-70's. The ac was loud, but the room was clean. It had a mini kitchen and we had a view of the street and pool. I did like the quiet close toilet lid. The only really bad thing was the window in the bathroom. It had mini blinds that were well used and it was at eye level on the outside. Being 2 women travelers, that window was very uncomfortable! If we had some duct tape, we would have hung a towel over it, but duct tape isn't in my traveling pack. We stayed here while exploring Assateague Island (tip: bring mosquito spray if you go and want to get out of the car)
Been going for a few years now; and usually get a decent positioned room, so no complaints! I enjoy being in the middle of the main parking lot [Rm 10-12] seem best too me.
I recently booked a room online for the Sea Hawk. Unfortunately, I had to cancel which had nothing to do with them. The Lady Pam was extremely nice on the phone and canceled my reservation ASAP which really helped me out. Anyway, I did notice by mistake they still had charged my credit card. Since I was going to be in town I just dropped by to resolve the issue. The lady at the front desk couldn't be any nicer. After a phone phone call she had my credit card refunded and was extremely nice. The hotel was clean and adorable. When I'm back in town the Sea Hawk will definitely be the place to call. Great customer service Thank you!
